Barbara Carrera (born Barbara Kingsbury on September 1, 1944) could be a Nicaraguan-American film and tv actor and former model. She is best famous for her roles as Bond woman Islamist Blush in ne'er Say nevermore and as Angelica Roman Emperor on the series urban center.Barbara Kingsbury was born in San Ilich Ramirez Sanchez, Río city, Nicaragua. Some sources provide her birth year as 1947 or 1951, however most list 1945.

She apparently prefers to mention 1953 however public records state 1944. Her mother, Florencia Carrera, was a Nicaraguan of European and Native ancestry, and her father, Louis Kingsbury, was a U.S. worker of the yankee embassy in Central American country.
